European Food project

EricArts Institute from Bonn is conducting a Food project, whereas BalkanKult Foundation is responsible for the part of the project - Bread.

BalkanKult plans to make a monograph and an exhibition "Ritual Bread with Serbian people and Slava bread" and also "Ritual Bread among Vlach people".  Serbia's particular wealth presents the bread preserved in the traditional culture of the Vlachs, specific Romanophonic community that lives in northeast part of Serbia.  In their sacrat rituals, the Bread becomes the luxury that is rare to be seen elsewhere.
