Ms. Ana Krstić and Ms. Ksenija Graovac from BalkanKult Foundation have attended the conference on implementation of Neighbourhood Programme in Serbia and Montenegro. This programme is run under bigger CARDS programme of the European Union and will fund multilateral neighbouring programmes in Serbia and Montenegro - with Hugary, Bulgaria, Romania and Italy.
The culture is placed under so - called ''soft initiatives'' of the programme.
